Blue skies and bright sunshine filled the September 19th afternoon down at the local Coos Bay board walk. Line after line casted out from the bank fill the bays water in hopes of catching salmon. Fishermen silent in concentration listen to the nearby musician signing along to his acoustic guitar. Boats float tied to the dock waver up and down in the choppy bay water as the afternoon carries on.
